Detail Description:
This 1 inch thick ceramic fiber blanket is used in various applications, besides the obvious, it can also be used to build kilns, backyard pizza ovens, etc. The blanket is made up of ceramic fiber for a durable insulation. We have years of experience working with high temperature products and promise user satisfaction. We offer the best deals for quality high temperature products.
Do not be fooled by brand names. Heating Ceramic material to a liquid state and then blasting it with high pressure air makes a fiber used in various forms for insulation. We all make the same product the same way.
Other products are made by adding Alumina or Zirconium Silicate to reach higher temperatures.

Very pleased with this!
I bought this to make a rocket oven core. It came quickly and is exactly as advertised. It's easy to work with, but there are a lot of fibers that are irritating-I recommend long sleeves, mask, eye protection, and disposable gloves. After getting into the shape I wanted, I covered with plaster, which held it together and made it much easier to handle.
